JUDD LAROWE, MD
Internal Medicine Physician
Dr. Judd Larowe is a board certified physician that has been practicing medicine for over 30 years. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1988. He performed a 1 year traditional residency in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Following his residency he spent the next 3 years as the General Medical Officer for the 2nd Light Anti-Aircraft Missile Battalion, including 9 months in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia for Desert Shield/Storm. In 1992-1995 he performed an Internal Medicine residency for the University of Washington in Spokane. Shortly after, in 1995 he took his first job in lovely Elko, Nevada. In 1998 he took a job with the University of Utah in the Cardiology department. In 2001, Judd then started a private practice in Saint George, Utah before making his transition to Cody. He enjoys getting to know each patient individually in order to provide the best care possible. In his free time he enjoys fly fishing, camping and hiking.

Arianne comes to us with a strong foundation in women's health and wellness. Her career has allowed her to care for veterans, addressing both acute and chronic conditions.
As a clinician she strives to advocate for her patients through quality care, education and comprehension.
BECCA SIMONEAU
Certified Medical Assistant
Becca is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant who has been in healthcare for 10 years. She has experience working in long term care and Internal Medicine clinics. She has worked directly with Dr. LaRowe for the past 3 years. In her free time, she enjoys nature photography, playing with her dogs and renovating homes with her husband.
KHYANN WAMBOLT
Medical Assistant
Khyann is originally from Sheridan and moved here about 5 years ago. Outside of work you can find her in the mountains hiking with her two dogs, or paddle boarding.
BRE NEFF
Medical Office Specialist
Bre is a Wyoming transplant from Utah. She moved to Powell 12 years ago, where she attended Northwest College and received her Associates in Animal Science. She has been in the medical office field for 9 years and counting. “I really enjoy helping people and making them feel as welcome as possible in a doctor’s office.” You can find her in either the mountains, fishing or playing dinosaurs with her son.
JESSI GREENWAY
Clinic Manager/RN
Jessi is a Cody native. She has been in the medical field for 15 years, with primary experience in Internal Medicine and Surgical Services.
